How we really use the Web
On Steve Krug’s Web site a chapter from his book ‘Don’t Make Me Think’ is available to look up. The chapter is about how people use the internet:
- We don’t read pages. We scan them.
- We don’t make optimal choices. We satisfice.
- We don’t figure out how things work. We muddle through.
