• It truely is. And very typical for this registry too.
  Best way maybe is to get in touch with the ‘other owner’ and sort out some kind of agreement on who will retain the domain name and on which conditions, as this situation affects you both.

• I mailed the other people, but they don’t reply… But actually they were first, so they have to right to own the domain.
  Also funny, the SIDN didn’t correct the name server problem so far, so when you give it a try in your browser you’ll see a funny message I uploaded ;)

• That’s not the only bug. Some domain movements get stuck in the system (just stuck … how can something like that get stuck? Is their DRS still working with gears??), not very funny if you are an end user.

• Indeed they probably were first, but this doesn’t have to meen that you can’t give it a shot and try to get the domain name anyways :-)
