W3C working on HTML!

Today the W3C announched a new HTML working group.

It’s time to revisit the standard and see what we can do to meet the current community needs, and to do so effectively with commitments from browser manufacturers in a visible and open way.

Said Tim Berners-Lee, director of W3C.

Good news, HTML4.01 turns 9 (nine!) this year. I hope they have a look at WHATWGs vision on HTML5, but not too much.

Do you have some input for HTML5?
